We hit the JACKPOT when we found EWO! From day one, Susie was incredibly friendly, kind and professional. She has that perfect balance of easy-going but you always know she has your back and will get things done. Susie’s communication was crystal clear right from the beginning and she was very quick to respond when I had questions.

On our wedding day, she was an absolute lifesaver. Our day was nothing short of a disaster and she took it in stride. I honestly don’t know how she got such amazing photos - cause I don’t remember seeing her at the ceremony! She’s a ninja! For group photos - she made everyone feel at ease and have a great time. She was great with prompts but let us do whatever we felt like. 

Our ceremony was pushed back because of a huge storm so we were running behind schedule all day. I will forever be grateful for her quietly asking us to step out after supper to take couple pictures before it was too dark out. We were so wrapped up in the day and we could have easily missed out on those pictures. 

When it was time for Susiei to leave after the dance had started, we were actually so sad! She felt like a friend that we had invited! 

Thank you so much Susie. You truly made our day all we had hoped for. And our pictures turned out AMAZING! We could not be happier and will be suggesting EWO to anyone we can.

Ok, but what if my house is really not that Pinterest-worthy for an in-home storytelling shoot or especially a day-in-the-life session?

Let us guess your biggest hesitations – if we are right, you owe us an inquiry at least!

First of all, so what? The physical structure you are making your memories in is a lot less important than the actual memories don’t you think? I can guarantee that 10 years from now, when your toddlers are teenagers, you won’t wish your house looked better in those photos, you’ll just be so dang grateful you preserved that toddlerhood for yourself – and to remind your independent teenagers how much they did need you at one point in their lives! 

I’d really like to lose the baby weight first, I’d like to wait till our lives are a little less chaotic, I’d like to wait till (fill in the blank).

 I think we all know deep down inside that there will always be a reason to not do the slightly uncomfortable things, even if we know we might regret it down the road. So let me just help you make this decision by again drawing your attention to what your priorities really are – kids don’t keep, you won’t be pregnant forever, life moves at such a rapid pace – and ultimately you want to preserve your family legacy in every new season, not just the picture-perfect ones.

How do I know this investment into my wedding day/elopement will be worth it?

The thing is, you won’t know that for sure until the moment you open that gallery and all your memories come flooding back. Chances are you aren’t doing all these months of planning an event or adventure for just one day, and you’d like to know that this most important day in your foreseeable future isn’t just a blip, a tiny map dot on your journey through life. This day is special and it deserves to be documented in a way that makes it an evergreen thing, a day full of memories you can relive, your kids can one day experience, your grandkids can oohh and ahh over – you get the picture. 

we are so not photogenic, a little awkward, not used to PDA -  really want photos that look and feel magazine worthy but still us. Is that too much to ask?
